關於 Dr. Kong

Dr. Paul Kong 有逾20年臨床經驗，曾任職瑪麗醫院，其後於基督教聯合醫院服務，並曾擔任該院之成人精神科臨床心理服務負責人。

Dr. Kong 長時間於精神科病房及門診工作，當中包括精神健康診所和藥物誤用診所，為受困擾病人提供專業心理治療。Dr. Kong 擅長診斷和治療各種成人及青少年心理問題，如抑鬱症、焦慮症、驚恐症、強迫症、創傷後壓力症、睡眠問題、成癮問題、飲食失調問題、婚姻及伴侶關係問題、情緒困擾及壓力問題等。

Dr. Kong 曾與數位心理學家合著《焦慮自療》一書，並參與不同書籍的編寫和翻譯，致力將心理知識及自助方法推廣予普羅大眾。他曾任香港大學客席講師和香港大學及香港中文大學榮譽臨床督導，多次獲邀在香港、澳門、國內以及新加坡等地為不同醫療健康專業人員提供培訓，曾與超過30個本地及海外政府部門、院校機構和國際企業合作，培訓專業人員逾5000人次。

Dr. Kong 為國際動機式訪談法導師網絡(MINT)的認證導師和評審，並創立中華動機式訪談法學會(CAMI)。透過他在動機式訪談法應用上的多年經驗，有效提升受助人動機以協助其作出改變。

Dr. Kong 於2022年創立 Horizon Beyond Limits，透過專業心理服務，致力促進社會大眾的心理健康，提升心理專業人員之服務水平。
